If You Don't Regularly Clean Out Your Ears, This Post Will Inspire You To Start. Ew

Brushing your teeth is a cornerstone of daily personal hygiene for most people. It's something you do every morning when you get up and every night before you go to bed. Many of us have been doing it since we were children, so by this point it's a habit that's not easily broken.

However, one area of personal hygiene that's not quite as ritualized as cleaning your teeth, is cleaning your ears. After you see what this Redditor found in his ears, you might want to start making it a ritual...

Redditor W00dzy87 reported earlier this week that he felt something "moving" inside his ear. So, like any normal person, he shook his head vigorously trying to dislodge whatever was "moving."

This was the sink after a little shaking. Yuck.

When whatever it was didn't budge, it was time go digging. I think I'm gonna be sick.

What the? Those look like several tiny, horrifying bugs.

Let this be a lesson to ALWAYS clean out your ears at least once a week. Or else bugs might start moving in.

This is definitely not ok. I think instead of posting these pictures to Reddit, he should go see a doctor. What do you think?
